“W.D. Fard: The Man, Myth, and Mystery behind the Nation of Islam” Reviewed in “The Journal of Shi’a Islamic Studies”

Dr. Carimo Mohomed, who has a Ph.D in Political Theory and Analysis, and who works for the Institute for Critical Social Theory in Lisbon, Portugal, reviewed W.D. Fard: The Man, Myth, and Mystery Behind the Nation of Islam (Washington DC: Academica Press, 2015) by Dr. John Andrew Morrow and Bilal Muhammad, in the Journal of Shi’a Islamic Studies (Summer-Autumn 2024, vol. XVII, No. 3-4: pages 241-248). After summarizing the content of the book, he concluded that “this book is recommended to anyone with an interest in History, Religion, Social Science, American Studies, and Black, African-American Liberation Movements.”
